Do you ship to my country?

My arcades have been shipped all over the world—from across Europe to the United States, Malaysia, Israel, and Singapore.
If your country can be reached by plane, truck, or boat… I can probably ship an arcade to you!

Do you offer a warranty? What if the Arcade breaks down at my place?

My arcades are designed for easy repairs. If a button or joystick breaks, I’ll help you replace the part.
Electronic components come with a worldwide manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind.
If you ever run into software issues, Chris or I can remotely log in via AnyDesk to get your arcade running smoothly again — fast and hassle-free.

How much customization is possible?

A lot! Each arcade I build is truly one of a kind — not just in the artwork, but in every centimeter (or inch, if you prefer).
I’ve crafted electronically rising models, easily disassembled designs, compact builds, steep angles, straight marquees, angled marquees… basically, if you can dream it, I can probably build it. 😊

What does a custom build cost?

Costs vary depending on complexity and timeframe. Generally, a small control panel starts at around €2,000 (approximately $2,300 USD).
On the higher end, prices can reach €40,000 or more, especially for builds featuring 50-inch screens, inlaid wood, Bang & Olufsen speakers, and other premium components…

Is every Arcade built by you?

Yes — every single one. I personally manage every part of the process: from CAD design and building to wiring, software, and even packaging.

Why should I choose you as my builder?

I use only the highest quality materials. Unlike the industry standard particleboard, my cabinets are built from premium black plywood (concrete ply).
The monitor glass is real grey-tinted glass—not plastic. I incorporate laser-engraved plexiglass panels and custom inlaid artwork, even inside the buttons.
Plus, I pay close attention to wire management because quality and detail truly matter to me.
