You like me to design and build your dream Arcade…

Most clients find me through YouTube or Instagram and reach out via DM or email.
I always respond with an estimated price and time frame. If you're comfortable with both, we’ll schedule a video call to plan everything out.

1. Videocall

During our call, we’ll get to know each other and you’ll have the chance to brainstorm freely with me — the crazier the ideas, the better!
Feel free to share which past projects you loved (and which ones you didn’t). Since this will be a fully custom-made machine just for you, (almost) anything is possible.

2. Purchase contract & Downpayment

Once you've received the official offer and signed the paperwork, you can proceed with the downpayment.
Every project and client is unique, but I typically request a 50% downpayment. The remaining balance is due once the cabinet is complete.

3. Selecting and buying the components

We’ll go over which brand components you prefer — from monitors and Stream Decks to arcade parts, LED strips, lightguns, and more.
This is your custom build, so everything can be tailored to your taste.

4. Design

At this stage, I’ll start designing your cabinet.
I’ll check in with you at each step to get your approval. You’re welcome to request as many revisions as you need — within reason, of course 😉

5. Building the Arcade

Once you’ve approved the CNC design, we’ll move on to cutting all the panels, plexiglass, and monitor glass, and then start the actual build.
This is a really fun part of the process — I’ll keep you updated with photos along the way, so you can watch your dream arcade come to life!

6. You will get an message that the Arcade is ready!

I’ll create a personal instructional and demo video just for you, showing how everything works.
At the same time, I’ll arrange a custom-sized shipping crate to ensure everything arrives safely. I’ll also film the public YouTube video and prepare any additional social media content around your build.

7. Final payment

Once everything is ready, you can transfer the remaining balance.
After that, I’ll carefully package and ship your arcade machine to you.

8. Done!

Now, your dream arcade is finally at home — ready for you to enjoy all the retro, old-school games you love.
And as a bonus: your build will be featured in the YouTube video, giving your arcade its own little place in history.
